We have an excellent team of 7 Part-time and full-time receptionists/administrators who provide support to the clinical team and the specialist clinics that they run. They will be happy to help you with your queries.

Secretaries

We have 1 Full-time medical secretary and 2 part time secretaries. They are able to help you with a range of services relating to your medical care and provide a vital interface between the GP and secondary care. If you have any queries with referrals etc. then please do not hesitate to contact them.

Ms Feona Magee supports Dr John Carter, Dr Val Pickles, Dr Louise Hastings.

Mrs Helen McKenna and Mrs Karen Curry support Dr Robert Heyworth, Dr Helen MacLeod, Dr Louise Smith, Dr Matthew Taylor and Dr Claire Hirons.

Guidance for Patients

The practice works as a team.  The Practice Manager, Admin Staff, Secretarial Staff, Practice Nurses etc. all share the work with the doctors.  If you have any issues please approach the reception staff and they will guide you in the right direction.
