On-line appointments (18/04/11)
If you wish to use the on-line booking service then you must register with the Practice. To register, the practice needs 2 forms of identification. One of either passport, driving licence or birth certificate and a utility bill with your name and address on, dated within the last 3 months. Please ask at reception if you wish to use this facility.
Text Messaging Service (18/04/11)
To help improve our patient services, we will send you a free reminder via text before your appointment. Should you no longer need your appointment; early cancellation will enable us to provide care to another patient.

Extended Hours (18/04/11)
Dr Heyworth is continuing to work with the practice after retirement and is providing extended hours appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30pm-8.30pm on the first floor in Waters Green Medical Centre.

Nurse Special Interests (18/04/11)
We have 3 nurses & each have their own special areas of interest. Sister Urwin works along side Dr Carter providing diabetic care, & also has a special interest in travel. Sister Walton has a special interest in Asthma and Chronic Obstructive airways disease. Sister Bells special interests are high blood pressure and heart disease.
Gillian Davies has now qualified as a Healthcare Assistant and is supporting the nursing team by offering appointments for blood pressure checks, ecg's, spirometry and new patient checks.
Flu Clinics 2011 (15/08/11)
Are you eligable for the flu vaccination?
Do you have Diabetes?a Heart condition? Kidney problems? Respiratory Problems?or are you 65 or over? pregnant?immunosuppressed then you are eligable to have the flu vaccination.
Flu Clinics will be on:
Saturady 24th September 2011 from 0830-1230
Saturday 8th October 2011 from 0830 - 1230
You can book an appointment for the flu clinic by either ringing or dropping in to the surgery. If you do fall into any of the above catorgories we strongly recommend that you protect yourself against this potentially very serious illness. Remember by having the vaccination you will also be protecting your family and friends.
