Repeat prescription

Repeat prescription requests should be made

• 7 days before the due date and you should allow 2 working days between request and collection. Requests for repeat prescriptions are not taken over the telephone.
• If you need to ask for your medication early e.g. as you are going on holiday then please give us this information with your repeat request to avoid any delay in processing.
• All patients having repeat prescriptions will be asked to see the Doctor from time to time.
• Some of the local chemists will collect prescriptions from the surgery and if necessary, deliver the medicine to your home. Please contact pharmacist for further information.
• Repeat prescriptions can be sent on if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.
